The court may let the debtor’s trustee operate the business for a limited time if doing so benefits the estate and fits an orderly liquidation.
The court may authorize the trustee to operate the debtor’s business for a limited period if operating it is in the estate’s best interest and is consistent with liquidating the estate in an orderly way.
The court may authorize the trustee to operate the business of the debtor* for a limited period, if such operation is in the best interest of the estate and consistent with the orderly liquidation of the estate.
