The Bureau must submit an annual report to Congress describing its administration and enforcement of this subchapter, including the matters and information specified in the section.
Each year the Bureau* must make a report to the Congress concerning the administration* of its functions under this subchapter, including such recommendations as the Bureau deems necessary or appropriate. In addition, each report of the Bureau must include its assessment of the extent to which compliance with the requirements imposed under this subchapter is being achieved.
