Exports of materials, equipment, and technology that Sematech developed wholly or partly with financial assistance under section 4602(a) are subject to the Export Administration Act of 1979 and are not subject to the Arms Export Control Act. This section states that rule.
Exports of materials, equipment, and technology that Sematech* developed wholly or partly with financial assistance under section 4602(a) are subject to the Export Administration* Act of 1979 and are not subject to the Arms Export Control Act.
Any export of materials, equipment, and technology developed by Sematech* in whole or in part with financial assistance provided under section 4602(a) of this title shall be subject to the Export Administration* Act of 1979 (50 U.S.C. App. 2401 et seq.) 1 and shall not be subject to the Arms Export Control Act [22 U.S.C. 2751 et seq.].
