This section gives the appropriate United States district court exclusive jurisdiction over litigation arising under this section. It also preserves the rest of the section if one provision is held invalid.
(a) Judicial review The appropriate United States district court must have exclusive jurisdiction over litigation arising under this section involving any redomesticating or redomesticated insurer*.
(b) Severability If any provision of this section, or the application of it to any person* or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the section, and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, must not be affected thereby.
The appropriate United States district court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over litigation arising under this section 1 involving any redomesticating or redomesticated insurer*.
If any provision of this section,1 or the application thereof to any person* or circumstances, is held invalid, the remainder of the section,1 and the application of such provision to other persons or circumstances, shall not be affected thereby.
