This section sets rules about Penalties for violation of chapter. It states the duties, powers, limits, or definitions described in the section.
Any person* knowingly violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation prescribed under it must upon conviction be punished by a fine of no more than $2,000 or by imprisonment for no more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
Any person* knowingly violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation prescribed thereunder shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not to exceed $2,000 or by imprisonment for not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
