A violation of this chapter or its regulations is a misdemeanor punishable by up to a $500 fine, six months in prison, or both.
Anyone who violates or fails to comply with this chapter or a regulation made under it is guilty of a misdemeanor. On conviction, the person may be fined no more than $500, imprisoned no more than six months, or both.
Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any provision of or any regulation made pursuant to this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $500 or be imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
