A person who uses force, violence, or intimidation in the United States’ special maritime and territorial jurisdiction to take, or try to take, something valuable from another person or from that person’s presence shall be imprisoned for no more than 15 years.
A person who, within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, uses force and violence or intimidation to take, or try to take, something of value from another person or from that person’s presence shall be imprisoned for no more than 15 years.
Whoever, within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States, by force and violence, or by intimidation, takes or attempts to take from the person or presence of another anything of value, shall be imprisoned not more than fifteen years.
