18 U.S.C. § 3556 — Order of restitution

When sentencing a defendant for an offense, the court must order restitution under 18 U.S.C. 3663A and may order it under 18 U.S.C. 3663. The procedures in section 3664 apply to every restitution order under this section.
The court must order restitution under 18 U.S.C. 3663A when sentencing a defendant convicted of an offense, and may order restitution under 18 U.S.C. 3663. The procedures in section 3664 apply to all restitution orders under this section.
The court, in imposing a sentence on a defendant who has been found guilty of an offense shall order restitution in accordance with section 3663A, and may order restitution in accordance with section 3663. The procedures under section 3664 shall apply to all orders of restitution under this section.
