This section authorizes specified amounts for this subpart for fiscal years 2017 through 2020. It also applies section 1223 to the subpart.
(a) In general There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subpart $1,650,000,000 for fiscal year 2017 and $1,600,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2020. (b) Forward funding Section 1223 of this title must apply to this subpart.
