This section authorizes specified appropriations to the Department of Health and Human Services for the early-learning-program chapter for fiscal years 2001 through 2005.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services to carry out this chapter—
(1) $750,000,000 for fiscal year 2001;
(2) $1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2002;
(3) $1,500,000,000 for fiscal year 2003; and
(4) such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2004 and 2005.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Department of Health and Human Services to carry out this chapter—
$750,000,000 for fiscal year 2001;
$1,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2002;
$1,500,000,000 for fiscal year 2003; and
such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2004 and 2005.
