25 U.S.C. § 3405 — Plan requirements

A plan submitted for approval must (1) identify programs to integrate and consolidate; (2) fit this chapter’s purposes; (3) describe (A) a comprehensive strategy identifying all potential employment opportunities on and near the tribe’s service area; (B) education, training, and related services helping Indians reach those opportunities; (C) how services and program^* funds will be integrated, consolidated, and delivered; and (D) expected results, including the expected number of participants in unsubsidized employment during the second quarter after leaving the program; (4) identify projected expenditures in one budget covering all consolidated funds; (5) identify tribal agencies involved in delivering integrated services; (6) identify statutory provisions, regulations, policies, or procedures the tribe^* believes must be waived; and (7) be approved by the tribe’s governing body.
