36 U.S.C. § 40727 — Army support

(a) Logistical Support The Secretary of the Army must provide logistical support to the Civilian Marksmanship Program for competitions and other activities. The corporation must reimburse the Secretary for the extra direct costs of providing that support. The Army credits those reimbursements to the Department of the Army account that paid for the support. (b) National Matches (1) The National Matches may be held at Department of Defense facilities where they were held before February 10, 1996. (2) The Secretary must provide National Guard and Army Reserve members to support the National Matches, at no cost to the corporation, as part of their annual training under titles 10 and 32. (c) Regulations The Secretary must write regulations to carry out this section.
