The Secretary of the Treasury must issue regulations for applying this chapter to new products imported or offered for import, after consulting the Administrator.
After consulting the Administrator*, the Secretary* of the Treasury shall issue regulations to carry out this chapter’s provisions concerning new products imported or offered for importation.
The Secretary* of the Treasury shall, in consultation with the Administrator*, issue regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter with respect to new products imported or offered for importation.
