As of March 3, 1887, the Interior Secretary must adjust each previously unadjusted congressional railroad land grant according to Supreme Court decisions.
As of March 3, 1887, the Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed to adjust, according to Supreme Court decisions, each congressional railroad land grant made to help construct a railroad that had not yet been adjusted.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized and directed as of March 3, 1887, to adjust, in accordance with the decisions of the Supreme Court, each of the railroad land grants made by Congress to aid in the construction of railroads and theretofore unadjusted.
