This section addresses Interstate Commerce Commission: report. It sets rules for the matters covered by its text.
In addition to the usual number of the annual report of the Interstate Commerce Commission, three thousand copies must be printed: one thousand for the Senate, two thousand for the House, and for the use of the Commission that number of the report and other documents incident to interstate commerce for distribution by it as it considers expedient.
