5 U.S.C. § 103 — Government corporation

This section defines two related terms for this title. A "Government corporation" is any corporation owned or controlled by the U.S. government. A "Government controlled corporation" does not include one the government actually owns.
For the purpose of this title—
“Government corporation” means a corporation owned or controlled by the Government of the United States; and
“Government controlled corporation” does not include a corporation owned by the Government of the United States.
