This section establishes an entity in the Department of the Treasury called the “Enterprise for the Americas Facility.” It then calls that entity the “Facility” in this subchapter.
An entity called the “Enterprise for the Americas Facility” is established in the Department of the Treasury. This subchapter refers to it as the “Facility.”
There is established in the Department of the Treasury an entity to be known as the “Enterprise for the Americas Facility” (hereafter referred to in this subchapter as the “Facility”).
