The Secretary may use the revolving fund created by the cited law, called the “Emergency Credit Revolving Fund” in this subchapter, to carry out this subchapter’s purposes.
The Secretary may use the revolving fund created by 12 U.S.C. § 1148a, called the “Emergency Credit Revolving Fund” in this subchapter, to carry out this subchapter’s purposes. This section does not define the quoted term beyond naming the fund.
The Secretary is authorized to utilize the revolving fund created by section 1148a 1 of title 12 (hereinafter in this subchapter referred to as the “Emergency Credit Revolving Fund”) for carrying out the purposes of this subchapter.
