11 U.S.C. § 1306 — Property of the estate

(a) Property of the estate. In addition to property covered by section 541, the estate includes (1) property of that kind that the debtor obtains after the case begins and before the case is closed, dismissed, or converted to a chapter 7, 11, or 12 case, whichever happens first; and (2) the debtor’s earnings from services performed after the case begins and before that same stopping point. (b) Unless a confirmed plan or the order confirming it says otherwise, the debtor keeps possession of all estate property.
