12 U.S.C. § 1701q–3 — Funds for housing for elderly and persons with disabilities available for cost of maintenance and disposal of such properties

This section makes certain appropriated elderly-housing and disability-housing funds available to maintain and dispose of properties for which the Department is responsible.
For the current fiscal year and every later fiscal year, appropriated funds for elderly housing under section 1701q and supportive housing for people with disabilities under 42 U.S.C. § 8013 may pay the costs of maintaining and disposing of properties acquired by, or otherwise becoming the responsibility of, the Department.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, for this fiscal year and every fiscal year thereafter, funds appropriated for housing for the elderly, as authorized by section 1701q of this title, as amended, and for supportive housing for persons with disabilities, as authorized by section 8013 of title 42, shall be available for the cost of maintaining and disposing of such properties that are acquired or otherwise become the responsibility of the Department.
