This section requires the Secretary to survey national, regional, and local economic and housing-market conditions at least every two years. The survey must produce data comparable to data collected in the 1981 survey.
The Secretary must survey national, regional, and local economic and housing-market conditions at least once every two years. The survey must produce data comparable to the data collected in the 1981 survey.
The Secretary shall, not less than biennially, survey national, regional, and local economic and housing market conditions in a manner that provides data comparable to the data collected in such survey conducted in 1981.
