Except for mortgages on multifamily rental-housing projects insured under 12 U.S.C. § 1748h–2, the cost certification otherwise required by 12 U.S.C. § 1715r is not required for mortgages insured under this subchapter.
The cost certification required by 12 U.S.C. § 1715r is not required for mortgages insured under this subchapter, except mortgages on multifamily rental-housing projects insured under 12 U.S.C. § 1748h–2.
Except in the case of mortgages on multifamily rental housing projects insured under section 1748h–2 of this title, the cost certification required under section 1715r of this title shall not be required with respect to mortgages insured under the provisions of this subchapter.
