Subject to section 2143, the consolidated bank must consolidate its functions in the bank’s central office as much as practicable.
Subject to section 2143, the consolidated bank’s functions must be consolidated in the bank’s central office to the greatest extent practicable.
Subject to section 2143 of this title, to the greatest extent practicable, the functions of the consolidated bank shall be consolidated in the central office of the bank.
