Bonds and similar obligations issued under this chapter may be investments for fiduciary and trust funds. They may also secure public deposits.
The bonds, debentures, and other similar obligations issued under the authority of this chapter is lawful investments for all fiduciary and trust funds and may be accepted as security for all public deposits.
