Corporations organized under this part are Farm Credit System institutions. The Farm Credit Administration regulates and examines them in the same way it regulates and examines the organizing bank or banks.
The corporations organized under this part is institutions of the Farm Credit* System and is subject to the same regulation and examination by the Farm Credit Administration as are the organizing bank* or banks under this chapter.
