The Farm Credit Administration is an independent executive-branch agency made up of its Board and other personnel carrying out its statutory functions.
The Farm Credit* Administration is an independent executive-branch agency. It consists of the Farm Credit Administration Board and other personnel employed to perform the functions, powers, and duties given to it by this chapter.
The Farm Credit* Administration shall be an independent agency in the executive branch of the Government. It shall be composed of the Farm Credit Administration Board and such other personnel as are employed in carrying out the functions, powers, and duties vested in the Farm Credit Administration by this chapter.
