This chapter does not change the validity or enforceability of covered real-property sales, sale contracts, loans, loan agreements, mortgages, or liens connected with federally related mortgage loans.
Nothing in this chapter changes the validity or enforceability of a sale or contract to sell real property, or of a loan, loan agreement, mortgage, or lien, made or arising in connection with a federally related mortgage loan*.
Nothing in this chapter shall affect the validity or enforceability of any sale or contract for the sale of real property or any loan, loan agreement, mortgage, or lien made or arising in connection with a federally related mortgage loan*.
