12 U.S.C. § 4124 — Authorization of appropriations

This section authorizes specified appropriations for fiscal years 1993 and 1994. It limits the amounts available for certain grants in each year.
(a) In general. Congress may appropriate $638,252,784 for fiscal year 1993 and $665,059,401 for fiscal year 1994 for assistance and incentives under this subchapter. (b) Grants. Subject to appropriation Acts, no more than $50,000,000 of the 1993 amount and no more than $50,000,000 of the 1994 amount may be used for grants under title 12 section 4111(d)(2).
There are authorized to be appropriated for assistance and incentives authorized under this subchapter $638,252,784 for fiscal year 1993 and $665,059,401 for fiscal year 1994.
Subject to approval in appropriation Acts, not more than $50,000,000 of the amounts made available under subsection (a) for fiscal year 1993, and not more than $50,000,000 of the amounts made available under subsection (a) for fiscal year 1994, shall be available for grants under section 4111(d)(2) of this title.
