This section generally prevents courts from hearing claims based on the Attorney General’s actions or inaction under this subchapter. The exception is a failure to provide a required section 4206 notice.
Despite any other law, no court has jurisdiction over a claim based on an action the Attorney General took, or refused to take, under this subchapter. The exception is a claim that the Attorney General failed to provide a notice required by section 4206.
Notwithstanding any other law, no court shall have jurisdiction over any claim based on any action taken by the Attorney General or any refusal to take action under this subchapter, except for failure to provide notification under section 4206 of this title.
