For a specified title 5 subchapter, the Agency and HUD are treated as financial-institution regulators or supervisors for covered activities.
For title 5, chapter 5, subchapter II, the Agency* and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, for activities under this chapter, are treated as agencies responsible for regulating or supervising financial institutions.
For purposes of subchapter II of chapter 5 of title 5—
the Agency*, and
the Department of Housing and Urban Development, with respect to activities under this chapter,
shall be considered agencies responsible for the regulation or supervision of financial institutions.
