This section addresses notice of service. It sets the rules and duties stated in the section.
Any service the Director* must or may make under this subpart may be made by registered mail or another method reasonably calculated to give actual notice, as the Director provides by regulation or otherwise.
Any service required or authorized to be made by the Director* under this subpart may be made by registered mail or in such other manner reasonably calculated to give actual notice, as the Director may by regulation or otherwise provide.
