The Comptroller of the Currency can hand off any power the law gives that office to any properly authorized employee, representative, or agent.
The Comptroller of the Currency may delegate — hand off — any power that belongs to that office by law to any employee, representative, or agent who is duly authorized to receive it.
The Comptroller of the Currency may delegate to any duly authorized employee, representative, or agent any power vested in the office by law.
