A national bank must do its main business at the address listed on its organization certificate. It may also operate at any branch it has properly set up under section 36 of this title.
Each national banking association must transact its general business at the place named in its organization certificate. It may also do business at any branch it has established or is maintaining, as long as that branch was set up under the rules in section 36 of this title.
The general business of each national banking association shall be transacted in the place specified in its organization certificate and in the branch or branches, if any, established or maintained by it in accordance with the provisions of section 36 of this title.
