The Secretary may remove an officer from active duty when a board of inquiry recommends removal. The Secretary's action is final and conclusive.
The Secretary* may remove an officer from active duty if his removal is recommended by a board of inquiry under section 2159 of this title. The Secretary’s action in such as case is final and conclusive.
