14 U.S.C. § 5106 — Annual performance report

This section requires the Coast Guard Commandant to report on mission performance during the previous fiscal year. The report must be public and must be sent to specified congressional committees by the date the President submits the budget.
by the date on which the President submits to Congress a budget under section 1105 of title 31, the Commandant* of the Coast Guard must make available on a public website and submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate an update on Coast Guard mission performance during the previous fiscal year.
Not later than the date on which the President submits to Congress a budget pursuant to section 1105 of title 31, the Commandant* of the Coast Guard shall make available on a public website and submit to the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate an update on Coast Guard mission performance during the previous fiscal year.
