This section requires gambling devices and packages containing them to show the shipper’s and consignee’s names and addresses and the nature of the contents. The information must be clear enough to determine by inspecting the outside.
All gambling devices, and all packages containing any such, when shipped or transported must be plainly and clearly labeled or marked so that the name and address of the shipper and of the consignee, and the nature of the article or the contents of the package can be readily determined on an inspection of the outside of the article or package.
