This chapter adds to other laws instead of replacing or limiting them. If part of the chapter or its application is invalid, the rest remains unaffected.
This chapter is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any other law. If a provision of this chapter, or its application to a person* or circumstance, is held invalid, the rest of the chapter and its application to other persons or circumstances are not affected.
The provisions of this chapter shall be held to be in addition to, and not in substitution for or limitation of, the provisions of any other law. If any provision of this chapter or the application thereof to any person* or circumstances is held invalid the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provisions to any other person or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
