This chapter does not repeal, invalidate, or replace the Federal Trade Commission Act and its antitrust statutes, the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act.
Nothing in this chapter repeals, invalidates, or supersedes (a) the Federal Trade Commission Act or any statute it defines as an antitrust Act, (b) the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, or (c) the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act.
Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to repeal, invalidate, or supersede—
the Federal Trade Commission Act [15 U.S.C. 41 et seq.] or any statute defined therein as an antitrust Act;
the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act [21 U.S.C. 301 et seq.]; or
the Federal Hazardous Substances Labeling Act [15 U.S.C. 1261 et seq.].
