Only companies formed under this law, or another U.S. law, can use the label 'Federal Inc. U.S.A.' while doing business in China. Anyone else who uses it can be fined up to $1,000 for each violation.
This section protects a specific business label: "Federal Inc. U.S.A."
Only a corporation* formed under this chapter, or under some other U.S. law, may do business in China* using a name that carries this legend. No individual, partnership, or association — and no corporation formed any other way — is allowed to use it.
Anyone who breaks this rule can be fined, upon conviction, up to $1,000 for each violation.
No individual, partnership, or association, or corporation* not incorporated under this chapter or under a law of the United States, shall engage in business within China* under a name in connection with which the legend “Federal Inc. U.S.A.” is used. Any person* violating this section shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than $1,000 for each violation.
