No one can create a corporation under U.S. law to do business in China, except under this chapter.
This section restricts how corporations can be formed to do business in China*.
No corporation* for the purpose of engaging in business within China may be created under any law of the United States, other than under this chapter.
No corporation* for the purpose of engaging in business within China* shall be created under any law of the United States other than this chapter.
