A provision that makes a subdivision buyer waive compliance with this chapter or the Director’s rules is void.
Any condition, agreement, or provision binding someone who acquires a subdivision lot to give up compliance with any provision of this chapter or the Director’s rules and regulations is void.
Any condition, stipulation, or provision binding any person acquiring any lot in a subdivision to waive compliance with any provision of this chapter or of the rules and regulations of the Director shall be void.
