The statute authorizes money to carry out the chapter. It authorizes $125,000 for July 1 through September 30, 1976, and up to $500,000 for fiscal year 1977 and each later fiscal year.
Congress may appropriate $125,000 to carry out this chapter for the period from July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976. For the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976, and every fiscal year after that, Congress may appropriate whatever amounts are needed, but no more than $500,000, to carry out the chapter.
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $125,000 for the period beginning July 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1976; and for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1976, and for each fiscal year thereafter there are authorized to be appropriated such sums, not to exceed $500,000, as may be necessary to carry out this chapter.
