The Board can get budgeting, accounting, personnel, and other administrative support from the Secretary of Commerce or other federal sources. The Board pays for these services, either in advance or by reimbursement. The Board's Chairman and the service provider agree on the payment amount.
The Board may get financial and administrative services it needs — including budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, personnel, and procurement, plus other staff services — from the Secretary of Commerce or other appropriate federal sources. The Board pays for these services out of its own funds, either paying in advance or reimbursing the provider afterward. The amount is whatever the Board's Chairman and the source of the services agree on.
Financial and administrative services, including those related to budgeting, accounting, financial reporting, personnel, and procurement, and such other staff services as may be needed by the Board, may be obtained by the Board from the Secretary of Commerce or other appropriate sources in the Federal Government. Payment for such services shall be made by the Board, in advance or by reimbursement, from funds of the Board in such amounts as may be agreed upon by the Chairman of the Board and by the source of the services being rendered.
