This section requires fire-safety effectiveness statements for covered projects or activities. It states who must provide them and what they must address.
The Administrator* is authorized to encourage owners and managers of residential multiple-unit, commercial, industrial, and transportation structures to prepare Fire Safety Effectiveness Statements, under standards, forms, rules, and regulations to be developed and issued by the Administrator.
