The Administrator must publish information, including online, about creating cooperative agreements between State and local fire or emergency services and nearby Federal facilities. The agreements concern providing fire and emergency services.
The Administrator* must make publicly available, including through the Internet, procedures for establishing cooperative agreements between State and local fire and emergency services and Federal facilities in their region concerning the provision of fire and emergency services.
The Administrator* shall make publicly available, including through the Internet, information on procedures for establishing cooperative agreements between State and local fire and emergency services and Federal facilities in their region relating to the provision of fire and emergency services.
