Within one year after October 27, 1978, each of two named congressional committees had to study whether to establish a full-employment goal connected with this chapter. Each committee had to report its findings and recommendations to the appropriate Rules Committee.
No later than one year after October 27, 1978, the Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources and the House Committee on Education and Labor each had to conduct a study and submit a report, including findings and recommendations, about establishing a full-employment goal connected with this chapter. The Senate committee had to report to the Senate Committee on Rules and Administration*. The House committee had to report to the House Committee on Rules.
Not later than one year after October 27, 1978, the Committee on Labor and Human Resources of the Senate and the Committee on Education and Labor of the House of Representatives each shall conduct a study and submit a report, including findings and recommendations, to the Committee on Rules and Administration* of the Senate and the Committee on Rules of the House, respectively, on the subject of establishing a full employment goal in connection with the provisions of this chapter.
