Federal departments, agencies, and instrumentalities must give the Chief Counsel the reports and information needed to perform duties under sections 634a through 634g.
Every federal department, agency, and instrumentality is authorized and directed to provide the Chief Counsel with reports and other information the Chief Counsel considers necessary to perform functions under sections 634a through 634g.
Each department, agency, and instrumentality of the Federal Government is authorized and directed to furnish to the Chief Counsel for Advocacy such reports and other information as he deems necessary to carry out his functions under sections 634a to 634g of this title.
