15 U.S.C. § 636l — Semiannual report

Within 180 days after December 20, 2019, and every six months after that, the President must submit a report to these four committees: the Senate Committee on Small Business and Entrepreneurship, the Senate Committee on Appropriations, the House Committee on Small Business, and the House Committee on Appropriations. The report must state the number of loans made under the “Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loan program” and the total dollar amount of those loans. This section does not define the term “Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loan program.” The report must also state the “subsidy rate” of the disaster loan program authorized under section 636(b) of this title in two ways: first, with the loans made under the Military Reservist Economic Injury Disaster Loan program included; and second, without those loans included. This section does not define the term “subsidy rate.”
