This subchapter applies only to a mutual insurance company in a State that has not enacted a law expressly setting reasonable reorganization terms for a mutual holding company.
This subchapter applies only to a mutual insurance company in a State that has not enacted a law expressly establishing reasonable terms and conditions for a mutual insurance company domiciled there to reorganize into a mutual holding company.
This subchapter shall only apply to a mutual insurance company in a State which has not enacted a law which expressly establishes reasonable terms and conditions for a mutual insurance company domiciled in such State to reorganize into a mutual holding company.
