The Administrator may apply specified rules from sections 687a, 687c, 687d, and 687f when consistent with this part. People involved in managing a Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company are subject to those rules.
When consistent with this part, the Administrator* may take actions authorized by sections 687a, 687c, 687d, and 687f. An officer, director, employee, agent, or other participant in managing or conducting a Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company* is subject to those sections’ requirements.
To the extent such procedures are not inconsistent with the requirements of this part, the Administrator* may take such action as set forth in sections 687a, 687c, 687d, and 687f of this title and an officer, director, employee, agent, or other participant in the management or conduct of the affairs of a Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company* shall be subject to the requirements of such sections.
